Thanks to our close relationships with the different shipping agencies and monitoring the available shipping spaces we implement the variable matrix in order to guarantee the best possible deal and an efficient fast delivery.
In order to guarantee the best possible quality service we apply a specifically created software based on 3d scanning to supervise the type and percentage of possible imperfections in the finished product. In this way we can keep track of possible issues and consequently operate rapid corrections lowering to the minimum the risk of non-standard products. The human quality control is applied as well on a number of products identified following the sampling protocol ISO LQA in relationship to the lot production quantity combined with specific parameters related to the process complexity.
FIRST CHECK
Tridimensional photo-scanning of the finished product as a reference for the first quality check.
SECOND CHECK
Possible imperfections or discrepancies are recorded on a tablet per specific areas in relationship to the image of the photo-scanned product.
THIRD CHECK
Statistic processing of identified imperfections applied to an adequate number of product’s samples in order to obtain possible constant data.
EXTRA CHECK
Rating process, analysis and feedback, creation of the integrated archive to apply for future check process on identical products.
